Finding the root cause for a digestive problem can take a little time. This course sheds some light on a few of the possible reasons for problems. Issues with gut health are increasing unfortunately for many people.

To start the process of healing the Digestive System we try to identify causes of bloating, excess wind and constipation or IBS. The program is designed as a food exclusion diet where you remove certain foods. It is also as a cleanse for the body to allow for healing.
