Module 4: Checking on changes

The goal of this module is to return to use the previous tools and build on the knowledge of how your body reacts to foods. It further helps to highlight which are the likely culprits for food sensitivities and causing tummy troubles. You are becoming more aware of links with symptoms.

It is helpful to go over the food and symptom diary and notice the improvements and habit changes since the start of the program.  You will check the changes made through the program and acknowledge and celebrate which were successful. Next find what else can be done for healing and relief of symptoms.
