Module 2 – RECOGNISE  Become Aware of Possible Root Causes

 

This module aims to identify which foods are causing issues for the intensity of your symptoms. Noticing any particular times and possible triggers and links is key. Gaining awareness, learning to monitor and having discipline to document changes are useful tools for living with the condition. It can help with more empowered doctor’s appointments, having tools and techniques to cope better and deal with and avoid what can triggers flare ups beforehand. Eventually the goal is of getting in control of your gut health.

Find a starting point and set a goal to achieve.

Find a purpose for yourself on the course and decide on the speed you want to go at. It’s a learning journey and as you take control and step onto the bridge you can discover a new destination with better digestion and comfort.
