By completing the questionnaire on areas such as digestion, bloating, bowel habits, skin rashes, energy, sleep, breathing patterns, eye symptoms, and overall wellbeing, participants create a meaningful starting point that captures how they feel before making changes.
Revisiting the same tracker in Week 4 provides powerful, visible feedback on improvements that might otherwise go unnoticed, while also identifying any remaining areas that need gentle support. This structured reflection builds motivation, strengthens commitment, and gives a real sense of achievement, as participants can see measurable shifts in gut comfort, skin clarity, calmer breathing, steadier energy, and improved mood.
The tracker therefore becomes an encouraging evidence-based tool that highlights how small, consistent steps can lead to significant whole-body benefits
