About Course

Welcome! I’m Sinead Dundon – The Tummy Tamer. As a Nutritional Therapist since 2011, I’ve a special interest in healing the gut. I’m fascinated with how gut health links to the health of the entire body especially the brain.  I can share how Nutritional Therapy can help make it easier to cope with and manage digestive pain. We work together to help empower you for new lease of life and health. I can help to motivate, support and encourage you. It’s important the progress you make, and changes that happen occur slowly and regularly. This helps new habits stick and be maintained for success in the long term. The course offers lifestyle changes to relieve and manage your symptoms. These can vary between individuals and in severity on a day to day basis. Even small changes can make a difference to your health.  It will help increase your awareness of being empowered and how you investigate which lifestyle changes work best. You will find  some initial instructions and guidelines on how to use the course successfully in lesson 1. Below in the modules you can access the lesson and view the content for the week.

Food Diary and Health Check Up Tracker
Within this course, the food and mood tracker is used as a supportive self-awareness tool to help participants recognise the powerful link between nutrition, digestion, energy, focus, and emotional regulation.By briefly recording meals, fluids, sleep quality, digestive symptoms, and mood patterns, participants begin to see clear connections between daily food choices and how they feel in their bodies and minds. This process removes guesswork and replaces it with personalised insight, highlighting which foods promote steady energy, calm behaviour, better concentration, and comfortable digestion, and which habits may contribute to crashes, irritability, bloating, or poor sleep. The tracker also celebrates progress, builds confidence, and encourages small, achievable changes over time. Used consistently, it becomes a practical roadmap that empowers participants to make informed food choices that support gut health, brain function, and emotional balance.
