GAPS for Gut Health Short Course

This course is for you if you suffer from seasonal allergies, Fibromyalgia, or if your child is affected by Autism, ADHD and Dyspraxia, just to name a few conditions it has helped.

You will learn how to help heal gut imbalance called Dysbiosis. This will in turn re-balance the gut flora to include a more healthy balanced range of gut bacteria. When you heal and seal the damaged gut wall the body absorbs and digests food better for a better, healthier body and a generally improved sense of well being.

The Gut and Psychology or “GAPS Diet“, as it is commonly known, is a temporary way of eating usually for about 18 months. The GAPS diet is described in detail in Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride MD’s book Gut and Psychology Syndrome.

This course will help you get started on the right path for good gut health.
