What we eat could be contributing to the symptoms experienced. Eating the same foods over and over may possibly set up the body for food sensitivities.

Aches and pains throughout joints and the gut can be linked with foods. Learn how certain habits can be broken over time. Create new beneficial habits that will stick and be healthier over time.

What you need to do:

Remove and Replace culprits

Remove chosen food and replace with healthy alternatives

Deadly nightshade family including potatoes, tomatoes, aubergines/egg plant, goji berries may have a negative effect on joints like elbows and knees. 

Gluten a protein found in wheat and many grains. It is known to damage the gut of people with coeliac disease. The treatment is to remove it completely from the diet. Unfortunately, there are other proteins in wheat which can have a negative effect in other parts of the body.
